Returns

You can return your item(s) up to 14 days after receiving your order. Just make sure the products are unworn and in their original condition – including original protection materials and labels. Of course you can test the watch but for instance: do not adjust the strap.

Download the return form, complete this and add it to your package. Returns from inside the Netherlands and Belgium can be sent to (free of charge):

Keep the following in mind when returning products:

  1. Put your name and address and the reason for returning the product with your return shipment;
  2. Shipments (from The Netherlands) can be returned at PostNL locations;
  3. Please do not forget to put your IBAN on the return form as we need your IBAN to credit your return;
  4. Always ask your postal office for an 3S number or barcode of your shipment and save it properly until we have processed your return;
  5. Consider that returning the product is at your own risk. LEMARQ is not responsible for possible damage or loss.

Refund

When we have received your return it can take up to a week before we have processed your return. A soon we have processed your return you receive a credit note. After receiving this credit note it can take up to 10 workdays before your money is refunded through your original paying method. Below you can find the credit process of your paying method:

Creditcard: We credit your return to your credit card within 10 working days after we have received your return. When your money is refunded on your bank account depends on your credit card agency. Please put your IBAN (bank account) on the return form in order to proceed your refund as quick as possible.

Ideal: Your return will be credited directly to your bank account within 10 workdays after receiving your return.

PayPal: When you have paid with PayPal we credit your return directly to your bank-account. Do not forget to put your IBAN on the return form so we can quickly process your credit.
